Segway S90L Electric Scooter - Bell Repair Video

Remove the left front turn signal lamp and the left handle sleeve in turn. Refer to S90L-C003 to replace the front turn signal SOP and S90L-C004 to replace the handle sleeve SOP.

Use T20 batch head to remove one screw from handle locator ring, remove handle locator ring(P2)and pull out bell(P3).

Install the new bell, pay attention to the direction of the bell, one end with the rotating shaft is on the outside(P4), install a set fixing ring(P5), and tighten the corresponding screws: T20 batch head, inner hexagon flat end set screw M4*12, torque 1.3-1.5N·m.

Install left handle sleeve, turn signal and cover end, refer to S90L-C003 replace front turn signal SOP and S90L-C004 replace handle sleeve SOP; Turn the bell to confirm that the replacement is normal.
