Segway L60E Electric Scooter - Throttle Repair Video

Use T20 batch head to remove the screw(P1)holding the handle cover and remove the handle cover; Pull out the handle sleeve(P2); Use a batch of head PH1 to loosen the fixing screw(P3)of the sleeve positioning ring and remove the sleeve positioning ring.

Use T20 batch head to remove the 2 screws holding the headlight(P3)and pull out the headlight; Use T10 bit to remove fixing screws from side of dashboard assembly(P5), remove label from front of dashboard assembly(P6), use T10 bit to remove 2 screws from front of meter assembly(P7)

Pull the dashboard assembly out, locate the throttle harness (purple harness label), and disconnect(P8); Use the H3 batch head to loosen the fixing screw at the bottom of the throttle finger(P9), use tweezers to remove the throttle harness from the transverse tube groove(P10), and remove the throttle(P11).

Put the new throttle finger into the transverse tube(P12), install the throttle to the end, next to the right brake handle, and thread the throttle harness into the transverse tube hole(P13)and out of the forehead headlight; Find the docking harness on the dashboard, docking(P14)

Take the sleeve fixing ring and install it close to the throttle(the 3 protrudes of the throttle finger should be inserted into the 3 grooves for fixing the sleeve), and use PH1 batch head to lock the screw(P15)that comes with the sleeve fixing ring, torque: 0.5-0.6N·m; Use the H3 batch head to lock the screw(P16)with the throttle, torque 0.8-1N·m; Take the sleeve, put the sleeve bulge into the sleeve to completely cover the limit ring, take the sleeve end cover, align the sleeve end cover slot into the port position(end cover bulge aligns with the sleeve groove), there is no gap between the sleeve end cover and the sleeve(P17), use T20 bit lock, torque 3.5-3.7N·m.

Insert the headlamp into the headlight hole with the head facing up and the small head facing down. Use T20 batch heads to fix two M48 screws(P18)for the headlamp, and the torque is 1±0.1N·m. Insert the dashboard assembly into the vertical tube, use T10 batch head, lock 3 M312 screws(P19, P20)fixing the dashboard assembly, torque 1±0.1N·m; Take the label(P21)and stick it in the front position of the dashboard.
