How to replace the front wheel assembly

Tool preparation: 10mm socket wrench, 14mm wrench, 17mm wrench, H6 bit, Electric screwdriver Part 1: disassembly Remove the bolts M830 of the disc brake pump with 10mm socket wrench and remove it from the disc brake plate. Fix the front wheel axle with 14mm wrench, and remove the nut with 17mm wrench on the right side of the front wheel, then pull out the front axle and remove the front wheel assembly. Remove the shaft sleeves on both sides of the wheel. Then remove 3 bolts M825 with H6 bit and take out the disc brake plate. Part 2: assembly Take the new front wheel assembly, Install the disc brake plate with the side with words facing up, and fasten 3 M8 * 25 bolts with H6 bit, Torque: 28-33N·m. Install the front wheel shaft sleeve-10 into the end with disc brake plate, and install the front wheel shaft sleeve-24 into the other end. Install the front wheel assembly, the end with disc brake plate is on the left side, align with the screw hole, insert the front axle from the left side, fix the front wheel axle with 14mm wrench, and fasten the nut M12 on the right side with 14mm wrench, Torque: 49-69N·m Install the disc brake pump, clip the disc brake shoes into the plate, and fasten 2 bolts M8*30 with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 28-33N·m.
