Segway B200 E-Bike - Moment Center Axis Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, crank puller, crank seven point nut sleeve, adjustable wrench, straight screwdriver, T20 bit, axle removal sleeve, bowl set bearing removal wrench Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Remove rear fork right decorative cover label(P1), and use T20 bit to remove two screws M4×12 from the right decorative cover(P2), then remove the right decorative cover

Use T20 bit to remove two screws M4x12 from the rear fender right shore(P3)

Use T20 bit to remove upper screw M4×8 of chain cover(P4)

Put the frame down, and use T20 bit to remove lower screw M4×8 of chain cover(P5), remove the chain cover, and remove six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(P6), then remove the bottom cover(P7)

Disconnect the wiring harness of the moment center axis(P8), and position the body upright

Use a straight screwdriver to pry off the right crank dust cover(P9), and use crank seven point nut sleeve to loosen right crank lock nut counterclockwise(P10)

Load the crank puller into the right crank, turn the crank puller clockwise with an adjustable wrench (P11), and remove the right crank and pedal

Use axle removal sleeve and adjustable wrench to remove the gear disk nut clockwise(P12), and remove the gear disk outward(P13)

Use T20 bit to remove two screws M4×12 from the chain cover bracket(P14), and remove the bracket

Use a straight screwdriver to pry off the left crank dust cover(P15), and use crank seven point nut sleeve to loosen left crank lock nut counterclockwise(P16)

Load the crank puller into the left crank, turn the crank puller clockwise with an adjustable wrench (P17), and remove the left crank and pedal

Use bowl set bearing removal wrench to remove the right tooth bowl clockwise(P18), and pull out the moment center axis(P19)

Remove the moment center axis(P20), and use bowl set bearing removal wrench to remove the left tooth bowl counterclockwise(P21)

Get a new moment center axis, and apply no less than 180°, 3 teeth blue medium strength thread glue on the left tooth bowl thread, then use the bowl set bearing removal wrench to lock the left tooth bowl clockwise, then fixed torsion: 45N·m (P22)

Insert the moment center axis from right to left into the frame and thread its wiring harness through the corresponding hole of the frame, and take care not to squeeze the wiring harness(P23, P24), and apply no less than 180°, 3 teeth blue medium strength thread glue on the right tooth bowl thread, then use the bowl set bearing removal wrench to lock the right tooth bowl counterclockwise, then fixed torsion: 45N·m (P25)

Install the bracket, and use T20 bit to lock two screws M4×12 from the chain cover bracket(Torque: 2-4N·m)(P26)

Install the left crank and pedal, and apply the crank lock nut with blue medium thread glue 180°, and use crank seven point nut sleeve to lock left crank lock nut clockwise(Torque: 65-70N·m), then fixed torsion: 70 N·m (P27), then install the left crank dust cover(P28)

Install the gear disk with one end of the plane facing outward(P29), and install the gear disk nut, apply no less than 180°, 3 teeth blue medium strength thread glue on the gear disk nut thread, then use axle removal sleeve and adjustable wrench to lock the gear disk nut counterclockwise(Torque: 30-35N·m), then fixed torsion: 33 N·m (P30)

Install the chain, and first install the chain above the gear disk(P31), then turn the gear disk forward so that the chain is fully installed on the gear disk (P32)

Install the chain cover (P33), and lock the upper screw M4×8 of the chain cover with the T20 bit (Torque: 0.9±0.1N·m) (P34)

Install the right crank and pedal, and apply the crank lock nut with blue medium thread glue 180°, and use crank seven point nut sleeve to lock right crank lock nut clockwise(Torque: 65-70N·m), then fixed torsion: 70 N·m (P35), then install the right crank dust cover(P36)

Use T20 bit to lock two screws M4x12 from the rear fender right shore(Torque: 1.3±0.1N·m)(P37)

Install the right decorative cover, and use T20 bit to lock two screws M4×12 from the right decorative cover(Torque: 1.3±0.1N·m)(P38), then get the rear fork decorative cover label and attach it to the groove of decorative cover, and press hard with hand to smooth(P39)

Put the frame down, and use T20 bit to lock lower screw M4×8 of chain cover(Torque: 0.9±0.1N·m)(P40), and connect the wiring harness of the moment center axis(P41), then arrange the wiring harness, and install the bottom cover of the frame, then use T20 bit to lock six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame(in the sequence shown in the following figure)(Torque: 2-4 N·m)(P42), and position the Ebike upright

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P43)
